By the way, even though I'm a Canadian living in Arizona, I'm married to a Texas mom myself. She outdid herself with the turkey, giblet gravy, cornbread, stuffing, and pecan pie this Thanksgiving. Did you just casually without great forethought cause me to drool all over my keyboard? Texas cooking is wonderful.
