Anyone have any ideas about this? Seems way way over the top reaction just for a former prez' funeral or whatever it is. The ABC twatter has a copy of Trump's Dec. 1 (today) executive order about this but no link, and can't copy the documment.

I still am not sure where the pic was taken. Still awaiting a sharp Qanon to find out. I think the UTAH connection has some merit, but nothing is nailed down at all. However, conjecture from crumbs can lead to some wonderful answers. Red pilling all the way (sounds Christmas-ee).
