This is Chunks of Concrete that weigh probably 60-100 pounds they are dropping from 25'+/- above at a moving vehicle being driven by a Human, Somebody's Husband, Wife, Brother, Sister, Son, Daughter, Aunt or Uncle...

These scumbags need to be tied down below an overpass and have chunks of concrete tossed at them !
