Sounds to me like he doesn’t want to discuss politics and, like all liberals, she just can’t keep her opinions to herself and keep her mouth shut. And I wouldn’t doubt it if she gets verbally abusive.
She’s asking a newspaper columnist if she should divorce her husband..
She should ask her husband. She might be surprised by his answer.
