Is it true that both the House and the Senate can refuse to seat a new member?
If so, the exposure of Huber’s research may reveal enough that the American Public will demand they not be seated.

I like that thought. I wonder if it would also apply to members already admitted, like Feinstein, who just won re-election, or it only applies to newly elected members.
