You can replace the time stamps in WORD with find and replace using wildcard:
??:??
replaced with nothing.
I haven't yet found out how to replace the paragraph codes. Spent probably 8-12 hours trying to find out to no avail. If anyone can help with that, great.

FWIW, I have a seven-line computer program that will change a youtube transcript into a single long paragraph, without time-stamps.

I haven't yet found out how to replace the paragraph codes. Easy peasy. In Word, do a Search/Replace with "^p" (caret p). ^p finds paragraph markers. You probably want to replace them with spaces, giving one long paragraph.
