While I agree that the statistic is likely BS (LA Times...), Compton and Watts are both majority Latino, and have been for the past 5 years or so.
Watts and Compton are no longer what they were - over 60% and over 65% messican now.
At first I read it the same way as you two. Look closer and you’ll see that it means “Point #2: 95% of murder warrants are for illegal aliens”.
Illegal aliens have driven a lot of the black population out of those two cities. They have moved to cities like Moreno Valley, and interestingly, a lot have moved to Barstow.
