I do stuff like that now and then. Celery roots and onions mostly. I already have more pots than I have room for. Gonna have to dump some stuff.

I have garlic and winter wheat and rye planted outdoors this year. My parsley and thyme died.

Had garlic in a raised bed outside at dad’s. Renter’s dogs dug them up. Parsley inside died due to poor watering.

My parsley and thyme died this summer too. I'm back to using dried which is barely a sub for fresh. I love cooking, especially with fresh herbs. For vegetables, I keep freeze dried onhand. They work much better than air dried.

With everything going on, now is a good time to take stock and update preps/restock.
