A living Constitution? Not at all.

Neither is it a constipated, OCD ridden, extremely narrow, fossilized, extremely rigid construct system that is brittle and prone to inaccuracies--always denied, of course.

Not even history can be fixed with much precision and then concretized or fixed in Plexiglas to prevent the least alteration.

Life is dynamic. One would have thought that someone of your education would have noticed that. Pretending it is not is ignorance or pathological rigidity and blindness.

I intensely treasure the Constitution and believe it needs to be interpreted as written as best as we can discern. Extrapolate to make new globalist laws out of thin air is treason, imho.

My education (same graduating class as bagster, just the Midwest campus) informed me that Life is dynamic but we only live in the here and now. We learn from history (actually, from observing the actions and mistakes of others and ourselves) but we cannot adapt or change that of which we know nothing (”the future” - scare quotes intended).

So, yes, life is dynamic but that dynamic is not subject to our whims or efforts. Trust The Plan.

Time keeps flowing...like a river.
