I was watching Fox and Friends this morning and they interviewed people eating breakfast in diners. A woman in Florida was asked who she voted for.
She said I voted for Trump.
As a reward she bought me two brownies from the ladies raising funds for the local PTO.
Face palm!! I hope she was speaking figuratively!
That is the best answer. If we win today that is why.
I voted for Trump, by voting a STRAIGHT Pub ticket. First time for me.
I think a lot of people feel that way about this year's election. But, I would expand it to; "I voted for America"
Same here. I’m voting for Trump by voting against McCaskill and all other dems/socialists/communists.
Don’t know how Hawley will be but I do know how McCaskill would be.
I think we’re going to do ok. I think there will be a lot of crossover voters. Libertarians, blacks, Hispanics, dems, independents. ALL have seen how insane the left has become. Some will vote repub and some will just stay home to punish their party. (they’re going to act like repubs)

My sister’s son and DIL voted straight red this election. I recall a conversation we had in a restaurant a more than a decade ago, when they said they didn’t see what was so wrong with socialism. Since then, they’ve married, have big careers, and three children. Funny how things change. I’m SO proud of them!!
“I voted for America” could be a lib. They’re voting for America to fail in it’s current state.

I’m not as optimistic about the outcome as Pelosi and her “ground troops” control the San Francisco and LA area elections. Between the Hollywood-obsessed fools, trend-conscious SJWs, illegals who brazenly vote for Democrats, it would take a miracle for the Red voters of this state to overcome the left’s corruption.
Praying for the rest of the country to create a Red Tsunami to make up for California’s likely outcome.

Perhaps you were trying to impress us with your witty English without knowing what the definition of figuratively.

My sentiments too! And, imho, this is why so many Americans support this POTUS; his job is to take care of America vs the globe and he’s doing just that. Doesn’t mean he’s anti-globe but his priority is America!
