I’ve been thinking along those same lines.
Do you remember the guff Pres. GW Bush got for “being played” by Putin when Bush “looked into his eyes and saw his soul”?
I’m thinking that Bush played Putin, not the other way around. Bush was the globalist, not Putin. Putin, like Trump, is a nationalist. I’m now thinking that the opportunity that Putin hoped for with Bush, he’s getting with Trump.

Just imagine the RATS', EU's, China's and ALL the globalists' reactions if POTUS and Putin were to appear together on 11/11/18 and say: "We've agreed to work together to immediately stop nuclear weapons proliferation with ANY countries not already possessing them; we've agreed to work towards a bilateral Trade Agreement that bypasses the WTO; and, we've agreed it is in our common interests to Keep America Great ... and Make Russia Great Again as proud, independent, sovereign nations.
