Not sure what the ships were - couldn’t take the scratchy voice of the guy reporting it. He was stationed in S. America years ago and is always posting you tube stuff about Latin America.
He was noticing the ships and tracking them, but didn’t seem to have any idea why or what was going on this time.
If he takes more than 60 seconds getting to the point, I can’t stick around much longer than that. At any rate, I’m not going to go looking for it.
If it’s significant, we’ll hear about it sooner or later.
