Intentionally misleading by not capitalizing the ‘c’.

‘Conservative Judaism’ is the proper name of a denomination that is liberal. It adopted the ‘Conservative’ name because the ‘Reform’ denomination was even kookier a 100 or more years ago.

Now, both equally anti-traditional movements are writing themselves out of living Jewish history the way Sadducees and Sabbateans did.

So their website developer/designer didn't know the difference between Conservative Jewish & conservative Jewish, and the connotations of capitalizing vs not capitalizing, and after many years they have never communicated that to the webmaster so he/she/it/whatever can correct it.

Well then, it's not my fault for misunderstanding the statement then. Had they capitalized conservative it would have changed how I read it. 8>)
