There are a few with XYY or XXY or other strangenesses.

I would go with "You only compete in women's sports if you have standard XX chromosomes, otherwise you have to compete with the men".

OR another genetic anomaly. One anomaly is an XO, called Turner’s Syndrome. Beautiful, short women with a webbed (webbing is sometimes not too noticeable) neck. Look it up. They are infertile and have other health problems related to their anomaly. There are LOTS of genetic anomalies, all are very rare (I do not know the percentage of anomalies to normal genetics makeup, but I suspect it is in the 99+%).
