U.S. District Judge S. James Otero issued the order Monday in Los Angeles

Daniels alleges she had an affair with Trump in 2006 She then agreed to a $130,000 nondisclosure agreement to keep quiet about it

Daniels alleged that in 2011, a man threatened her not to reveal the affair

Trump responded with a tweet that prompted Daniels to sue him for defamation

Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, vowed to win on appeal

President Donald Trump took a victory lap after his win in a defamation lawsuit, insulting porn star Stormy Daniels by calling her 'horseface' and vowing to sue '3rd rate lawyer' Michael Avenatti.

Trump went after his prominent adversaries after a Los Angeles court ruled in his favor in a defamation lawsuit the former porn star filed against him – and threatened to take the legal fight to them on new turf.

'Federal Judge throws out Stormy Danials lawsuit versus Trump. Trump is entitled to full legal fees,' Trump's tweet began, tagging his favorite network @FoxNews.

'Great, now I can go after Horseface and her 3rd rate lawyer in the Great State of Texas. She will confirm the letter she signed! She knows nothing about me, a total con!' Trump wrote.
