So when he forecasts in May where the hurricane will hit the US he puts a red shade on the entire US coastline from Brownsville to Portland.

Here on the FL coast, we generaly ignore most of the buffoons. But when Joe speaks, we tend to pay attention.
The map is is showing where accumlated cyclonic energy will be most active. Something you don’t have a clue about because you don’t follow Bastardi.
