Now with TEXOKIEs spotlight on it, the question remains: WHEN or WHY would a Congressman ever come before or stand before the Supreme Court? He or she wouldnt. Defendants dont come before the Supremes; cases do. However, defendants do come before military tribunals.
When I first heard Issas comment I took it to mean that now Kavanagh understands what its like to be unjustly smeared. But the bit about we and coming before Kav in a court proceeding really does seem to imply something else.
