Ginsberg has never been OK. The question is if she is still competent to deliberate on the Supreme Court and if she will step down when the time is right or if the other justices need to convince her when the time is right.

You’re right, if the Senate falls to the Democrats, no conservative Justice will be confirmed. In that case, just leave the court be with seven members. There is no constitutional requirement that SCOUTS have nine justices. With its current makeup, and without Ginsburg, the court would be split four to three in favor of the conservatives. Better to leave it that way than to appoint anyone to a life time seat on the court that the Democratic Senate would allow.

My mom is older than this woman AND no where near this unhealthy it is truly sad!!!! What is really sad IS the Justices WERE confirmed almost unanimously on both sides!!! It rally is a shame what Roe has done to this country!!! I sometimes wonder if Roe and Wade knew how they would destroy this republic!!!
