Yup, this just about describes Blasey-Ford's vocal performance: "... creak, croak, popcorning, glottal rattle, glottal scrape....".
Some have also noted the rising pitch at the end of each sentence, also called upspeak, uptalk, HRT(High Rising Terminal), first becoming popular with "Valley Girl Talk". It also adds to the perceived image of a helpless innocent little girl.
The vocal fry makes me absolutely crazy. Combined baby voice, it gives away a wholly phony personality.
