What leak? If the attached Dr. Ford timeline is correct, Dr. Ford contacted Washington Post on July 6. Looks to me like Dr. Ford was her own leak.

She claimed she contacted the post after a crowd of reporters was camped at her house. Someone had to leak it was her to those reporters.
