As this is all Shakespeare in the Park, do we know that the FBI has NOT been investigating this in the background since DiFiChiSpy received the letter or before? Or, that NoSuchAgency hasn’t been capturing the chatter between people involved who maybe are being watched (under FISA warrant)?
