I don’t think that is established science - that memories are encoded like that. I think memory formation is still very much a mystery. Appreciate corrections if I’m wrong.

Scientists know a ton more about memory encoding and recall than ever before. I haven't kept up on it but it is impressive, if sometimes frightful, progress.

The business of being able to technologically load learning into the brain directly, at a high speed, is the stuff of science fiction now reality.
