I looked up the Lynching act. Looks like a sop to the democrats, maybe it will make them allow a vote.
Will they screen the “lynch-ees” to determine if they did commit a crime—remember that some had already been convicted before they were lynched—or are we to presume that all were innocent?
Will they remember the White Victims of Lynching I wonder?
Let’s make it clear that extra-judicial punishment like lynching or prison rape is always wrong.
