They will have a hearing Monday. Balless Edsel will either show or not. If she shows, she’ll be exposed as a fraud. If not, Ds will get to rant and rave at Judge K, then there will be a judicary committee vote and he will be voted out to the floor.

The Ds will then try to filibuster, and Yertle will call for a cloture, probably Thurs. or Friday.

The Senate will vote on the confirmation Mon. Oct. 1 and he will be confirmed.

Has that been confirmed? The last I heard was that her appearance was conditional depending on her getting assurance that the questioning would be fair and that her safety be guaranteed. My impression was the dems are just stalling for as long as they could get away with it and, eventually, the “talks” will break down.

Ford's lawyers are negotiating with the effeminate senators and have said that Monday would be too early. It appears that they want more conditions, too, ostensibly for Ford's safety.

They'll stall more with everything they do. Grassley and Co. had no good reason to listen to Ford to begin with. The ploy was obviously a con from the beginning.
