Those numbers are patently ridiculous. Somebody might be along directly to post the PACER list of sealed indictments for you. If they even bother with somebody so aggressively and proudly ignorant.
Or you could go to the top of the thread. I think it's posted or linked to there.

I have seen that list and it does nothing to refute what I have said. One thousand per state? Twenty thousand per year? Come on.
