The reason to unrecuse is the revelation that a fraud was perpetrated upon the FISC which is supervised by the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS.
So who + what exactly transpires when the Court is misled, it carries out unconstitutional acts and violates rights of US Citizens and is then used as a tool of a deep state coup?
Remember we still don’t know what the 4th FISA says
Either it’s more of the same meaning that it’s more lies and corruption of the Court(s)
or
It’s got something in there along the lines of “you were told this before but now we’re suspicious and going to investigate”
In any event, a Judge who serves on the FISC has been recused. There are bogus FISA’s in the midst.
It also warrants mention that Roberts as Chief Justice may be further compromised in these regards & may himself need to recuse.
The recusal of the FISA judge and Session’s recusal are apples and oranges, and the FISA judge’s recusal does not support the Q-Bot claim that Sessions asked two justices of the SCOTUS for permission to un-recuse himself.
Sessions supposedly recused himself because of conversations that he may have had with Russian Ambassador Kislyak, prior to the election, at a time when Sessions was a U.S. Senator and adviser to the Trump campaign. As a Senator, he had nothing to do with the FISA court and nothing to do with the FISA applications that are at the center of this scandal.
