I don’t think LTG(R) Flynn is going to need a pardon. I think LTG(R) Flynn will be exonerated, and will then publicly rejoin the team at the White House.

And then LTG(R) Flynn will publicly come out as Q. (just kidding! i think...)

I'm almost convinced that General Flynn is involved with the Q team. He's obviously not on AF One with POTUS or in the Oval Office...but he's there, just out of sight.
