The sources said that House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte is considering a subpoena for Ohr. A spokesman for the Virginia Republican did not respond to a request for comment.
The sources also said that former FBI general counsel James Baker is not cooperating with the committees’ request for an interview.
I saw an interesting story line on the Ohr’s the other day - and this may be either their cover or their outrage - that Nellie was selected by FusionGPS particularly because of her relationship to Bruce and provided a 2-for-1 - the only problem with that is that it thus far appears her/their role was not that of a stooge but an enthusiastic conspirator.
