Populations rise and fall naturally for many reasons. The idea that any nation “must have” ever-rising population is the chief lie of globalists, statists and bankers who must have ever-increasing population to service massive debt.

This is the first I've heard of them wanting to increase the population. I've always heard they wanted plenty of abortion and birth control to limit the human population to about 500,000.
