Yes a man is dead. BY HIS OWN STUPIDITY, He was swimming 300 yards off shore IN THE OCEAN. He is not an apex predator at that point, he is bait. I put him in the category of experimental aircraft flyer's and those people who do stunts 100’s of feet off the ground. You play stupid games you win stupid prizes. Reminds of the Dan Aykroid skit of the guy who tried to kiss a bear... Ya see, i put a marshmallow in my mouth to entice the bear. I do feel for the family but the point is, he brought this upon himself and caused his family this grief. ..
