Q tells the story of Alaweed, the dark prince of Saud, paying for, sponsoring, and grooming the moslem President, Barak Hussein Obama. And how the Iranian born, moslem brotherhood handler, Valerie Jarret arranged to have him married to a woman (?) and have children so that he would look "Presidential".
He was then ensconced into the corrupt city of Chicago, a Deep State enclave in order to give him a resume and connections in preparation for the Presidency.
Q transitions from that into listing Obama, Brennan, Kerry, and Merkel as being "in trouble" in connection to the Obama hoax. And then into the payback of drained American funds back to the moslem world. Which may have been either payback for failure to stay bought (Hillary fail) or just a regular bribe.
Q explains that the money was transfered to Iran (and others?) in cash to avoid a paper trail. He asks us details of where the money came from and where it went. We don't seem to have a full understanding of those answers, but it appears that Q knows all.

Transition to Snowden. Q explains in simple terms that Snowden was sent by the CIA, either wittingly or unwittingly , I think, to take down the NSA because the Derps feared the NSA's data collection capabilities.
