If you look at the biggest photo, these things stand out to me:
Very wrinkled, unhealthy looking skin with dark circles under eye, I don’t believe POTUS is that wrinkled. Also his skin color is “better.”
White hair at temple. Anyone over 50, whether grey, blond or white haired can have lighter hair at temples.
Some kind of tube in the foreground...and look at the dark grey object in the foreground: slanting, face level, with grab holes in it. The guards of a hospital bed?
We all speculated at the time that it was McCain or Soros, because of the “wonderful day” caption... And the fact that Q had recently made it clear that people’s personal cell phone photos could be accessed. When Q said it was 45, some of us accepted it. Some didn’t buy it.
But let me put it to you this way: if it WAS McCain, Q must have made a deal with him. Q felt celebratory, and wanted to let anons know, but had to stick to the deal with McCain. So Q said it was 45 without signing it to keep a bit of doubt there. Disinformation.

I like your theory. You thought it out. Q always signs Q when it’s Q. Period end of sentence because it is part of the comms. The fact that he did not put Q is important.

I just watched Snowden last week, and really hadn’t understood up until that that they actually can look out of your phone or computer camera pretty much any time they want.
Shortly after he posted the picture in question, Q posted another, better picture of 45. You can clearly see the Twitter phone in the foreground and stripes from the flag in the background.
