Those of you who are going to Branson next year and will be taking Route 44 out of St. Louis can visit Uranus.

I do not know if I am going to make the Branson trip or not due to having to clean out my father’s house and needing to use a lot of my time off from work for that.

I was originally going to make this a 2-week trip and include stops in Oklahoma and Kansas (because I have never been to those states) and to the diamond mine in Arkansas and Little Rock, but that part is out. I can’t take that much time off.

I might decide I need a vacation and just stick with going to Branson for a few days and only Branson. I have reservations that don’t have to be cancelled for a full refund until 48 hours before the first night of my stay, so I may as well hold on to them to see how things materialize.

Even if the house cleanup is going well, I may not make the trip if gas is going to be 7 bucks a gallon by then, but that is true of many people who are planning trips.

I am not going to have time to plan an event for us and book a meeting room, but I doubt enough people are going to go to make this necessary. We probably just could meet at a restaurant for a meal or agree on a certain show to see together or sightseeing trip or something like that instead.
