I think Q is implying the information was DELIBERATELY on Weiner’s laptop for the purpose of being picked up by a foreign purchaser.

We now know the Weiner laptop was never seriously reviewed. Comey OUTRIGHT LIED TO CONGRESS when he said the FBI had reviewed the contents and HRC was exonerated (again).

The contents of the WEINER LAPTOP MUST BE REVEALED, with the exception of the child porn, of course.

And while we’re at it ... those immunity deals MUST BE RESCINDED. They were issued FRAUDULENTLY by ACCOMPLICES in the overall criminal conspiracy.

Ot they did not have to review it because they knew what was on it and its purpose, such as info sold to the highest bidder.
