The launch would be passed off as Russia, Russia, Russia or China hack =WAR). Release of destructive (to black hats) information would do it - they’d threaten with missiles to stop that.
Rather than trigger a missile launch by releasing data, the white hats used a threat (Q400) to trigger that launch at a time F-15’s would be there to intercept? Maybe I’m getting closer. I just don’t see a missile to swat a (low flying) fly and ANY expectation of pilot mitigation at that altitude.
