Both sides agreed that the discovery requested by Pap’s attorneys will be subject to a protective order, keeping it secret from the general public. Only the parties will be able to see it.

I read another report that the judge denied the discovery to Pap, so the issue may be moot.

I’m not happy about the “protective order”.

Seems to me they want to be protected from prosecution or retribution...both things they deserve.
