I keep thinking back to the Q-drop regarding (4?) contractors allowed into the SCIF and “allowed phones in”.
Could the contractors have been ex-DS with clearances, accustomed (by the Sgt@Arms) to have access to SCIF? Could they have been critter staffers (on contract)?
Would their common “in-and-out” cause the S@A to not be circumspect with regard to these folks?
