You make good points. And thanks for explaining SES. I am probably not tge only one who was under the impression that SES was a creation of the Obama Infestation.
It appears that, under Obama, the ranks of the SES were greatly expanded to keep Deepies firmly entrenched in the federal government.
They were expanded. The ranks went from 2,000 or so SES to 10,000.
Probably a program that needs to be redesigned but not necessarily ended.
