it is an odd thing in an ice storm to see cars with car tags from Texas, or from any southern tier state, skating slowly down the road sideways, wheels turning uselessly, drivers searching for their lost steering. It happens even in like, Canada, eh? where people *ought* to snow better.
I like seeing the invincible yuppies in their luxury SUV in the ditch, after thinking their 4-wheel drive made them A-OK to do 70 mph in the snow.
