Asking for arbitration is not filing charges. It’s filing a civil matter.
What you would expect a President to do normally is have the feds kick in her door at 3am and take her into custody for violation of national security. A guy went to jail for taking a picture on a sub. Seriously? Something weird about how they’re handling this.

I’ve been off the thread for a couple of days. In checking the chans re today’s q drop about the SeaTac event, one chan parsed the drop and surmised to focus on Ketron island and not the USS Richard Russell.
So I started looking at KI and found this interesting. A retired Army Special Forces member lives on the island and helped the fire/rescue people get to the crash site by clearing a path.
Only because nothing ever appears as it seems, it may be worth looking up this “retiree”.
I caught something today about the term “tapes” used by Omarosa. Remember when the MSM got their panties is a wad because Giuliani and the President used the word “tapes?” We knew it meant “recording,” but the MSM went literal on the Trump team.
So here is a much younger Omorosa using the older word as if she was discussing tapes with the OLDER Trump people. She picked up their word for a recording.

Omarosa was never made privy to a national secret, is my sense. She was taken to a conference room that is sometimes used as a SCIF, to get her temination notice. No national security breach on account of her recording the event, even though the event took place in a venue that can be made “tight” against leaks. No need to make it “tight” for firing Omarosa.
