That's a great study. It isn't the one that appeared to be promised, the "promied" one was by DHS, and concluded that there WERE millions of irregular ballots.

The study you linked has this though, and it's astounding ...

That is not what I would call "public confidence in the election system." That is the public epressing they believe the election system is not honest.
