This is the second time I think he’s done that - may be more ... but it does stand out. The first time I read the same way ala good but seeing again this time I’m inferring sarcasm. She’s at the center of so much of this.
Good points. POTUS is definitely calling her “lovely” for a reason. Maybe more than one reason. It is not accidental, for sure.
