If the elite realize/accept that the tide has turned and there is money & power to be made in nationalism, then they will switch horses without barely a thought. How strange it would be for patriots to then be beneficiaries of more aggressive nationalistic postures.
Maybe the globalists' 'loss' would be more akin to what happened to Germany & Japan. They suffered for what, a decade afterward? Then, they resumed their rightful places back to the forefront of the world's economies & influence. The big difference, of course, is the this time playing nice and getting along with everyone else.
Hopefully, 'they' will be dealt with in this process.
