I would rather a slow rollout and be resilient in the outcome than to go off premature and let the bass turds walk.
I want convictions of the perpetrators, ALL OF THEM. I want Justice, and I am fine with giving bad actors all the rope needed to HANG them. As a matter of fact, I would buy the HEMP for the job.
