When you think about, this even was almost "perfect" for a False Flag event for the Deep State:

- Back to School event with scores of young children

- Them of the rally was to "promote peace"

- Open air event at pavilion with many potential targets

- No police presence

- The victims would have all been overwhelmingly African-American
