NXIVM/Bronfman Dig - part 2 (part 1 at #1054 this thread).
This is going to be a little ‘stray voltage’ type organization, because its late and I don’t have time to really organize. Think back to that picture of Tesla’s Lightning Machine - that’s what my brain is like.
A lot of the information I found on NXIVM is by a fellow named Frank Parlato. He is the guy behind the FrankReport. I don’t know his Bona Fides, but he is probably risking his life by publishing this stuff. That’s worth something.

It seems “Vanguard” (the name Mr. Raniere demanded be used for him) has long experience in pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing. Back in the early 90s, he had a company called “Consumer Buyline Inc.”. Indications are that the $145,000 Arkansas judgement against Raniere was never paid off. The Judgement also said that he cannot be involved in more pyramid schemes (my words, not theirs). This will impact Raniere’s operations in the future and I will describe how.

It seems in the early 2000s, Raniere settled his base of operations around Albany, NY. Although he incorporated NXIVM in Delaware in 1998. Delaware? Ring a bell? Like that half-office building in Delaware that has over a quarter of a million companies registered there? Mostly cabal connections? Another figure that will figure more than figuratively in the upcoming trials (assuming there are no red scarves allowed in prison) is Barbara J. Bouchey. She left the cult c.2009. She was Raniere’s financial manager (i.e. all the money from all the places and all the members went through her). She was at one time Raniere’s #1 harem girl. In that capacity she moved a lot of money from members and through the companies. Other members in the cult say that she was a beast when she was Raniere’s girlfriend and once he picked another to take her spot, she became bitter and left. Lots of controversy here. Raniere and the Bronfman sisters went after her with, allegedly, 13 various lawsuits. BB claims she was bankrupted by this tactic (a common one for enemies of Raniere) and is only just now re-building. Anonymous former cult members have posted online at FrankReport that the reason she lost her money, aside from legal fees, is because her business was handling cult money at the time and when she left the cult members withdrew their funds. At this point, I will idly ponder whether a financial asset manager with her clout in the cult just might have squirreled something away. On the other hand, she knows how it all went down for several years.

All of this smacks of fraud, deception, manipulation, and cabal-level involvement in enrichment and flagrant violations of the law.
