I don’t play chess but isn’t it a chess move to capture the queen? Just a guess.

I don’t play chess either!

However, the chans recently created a centering of the text of the #1603. The shape and form the text took is reminiscent of a Queen chess piece. They were speculating that in the game of chess a captured Queen is an important move, and so in real life, does this indicate a Captured Queen somewhere?

They were, along with our generally, speculating, who in real life represents the “captured Queen.”

Well the thing about the Queen is that she is the most powerful piece on the board. When the queen is captured, it becomes much more difficult to protect the king; the game is usually essentially over but the running and the screaming and the dying at that point. :-)
