In the opening segment of the very first episode of Game of Thrones Season 1, three rangers from Night’s Watch went beyond the wall on a mission to track wildlings. During their mission, one of them comes across a wildling dead body parts arranged in a horrific way and he suddenly encounters a White walker behind him. He managed to run away from it and warned his other comrades, but they didn’t listen to him and continue the mission. Suddenly a white walker came and slaughtered the other. The one who saw it 1st got scared and fled to South. However, Lord Ned beheaded him.

Second photo is also Games of Thrones. Mance Rayder, Jon Snow and the others went to the first of the first men to confirm the Night’s watch men were killed instead they saw dead horses heads and bodies arranged in a large spiral art.
