When the government deprives a person of life, liberty or property, it is required to use fundamentally fair processes. The Supreme Court has made clear that when governmental action “shocks the conscience,” it violates due process. Such conduct includes investigative or prosecutorial efforts that appear, under the totality of the circumstances, to be motivated by corruption, bias or entrapment.
In U.S. v. Russell (1973), the justices observed: “We may someday be presented with a situation in which the conduct of law enforcement agents is so outrageous that due process principles would absolutely bar the government from invoking judicial processes to obtain a conviction.” It didn’t take long.

We must, MUST melt the phones starting Monday, to our reps in the House, to insist on Contempt of Congress for Rosenstein. It IS the next step.
Building ammo for Trump to fire Rosenstein directly, with a follow on order to release everything to Congress.
Nevermind the Qooky “Trust Sessions! Follow the Plan!” disinformation campaign. It is up to us Patriots to take direct action, by contacting our reps, using a consistent and persistent message:
“Hold Rosenstein in Contempt, NOW!!!”
If Mueller had one ounce of integrity or honesty, he would terminate the investigation on his own. It is obvious that he has neither.

I think the Sessions cheerleader squad around here has decided to follow their leader and do the Rip Van Winkle number.

All the plots and subplots, unexpected twists and surprises, I’ve got to admit, the show has been a great ride these last few!
This season has been on a teasingly slow build to the obvious major confrontation between good and evil. And if there is a theme for these current episodes, I think it’s “They hoist themselves on their own petards.”
As it is, the drama-addicted, short attention span audience can’t turn away. And in spite of the media manipulation, we, the people, are slowing learning the many and blatant ways obama and HIllary have banana-ed our Republic for 8 years.
In fact, the media manipulation itself has become a major part of the story. Will the future prove the past? We’ll just have to wait and see...
In the meantime, against all opposition, Trump, publicly, and Sessions, quietly, just beyond the audience’s reach, are unstaking the decks and unplugging the drains, carefully restoring function to the machinery of Justice.
Is it too little, too late? Or just in time tor that season ending or season beginning final battle?
The audience will have to wait until after the elections to find out.
So, keep those cards, letters, donations and votes comin’, folks!
