VIP pass given to an Anon to sit within very close proximity to the President and other speakers on the podium, facing the crowd and right or almost on the corner. He was wearing a Q shirt the symbol of the whole thing and the President pointed directly at him as well he was acknowledged in a follow on post from Q after the event
When President Trump walked in, he walked up to a man sitting in the VIP section wearing a Q t-shirt, and pointed at him.
When the president was walking out after his speech was over, he went and stood next to the same man.
Everyone took that as an acknowledgement that Q was for real. Otherwise, that person would never have been seated in the VIP section. Also, Trump would never have made such an effort to point him out and make sure the cameras got it.
